Allison Ince, a sophomore at Normal Community School in Illinois, won the girls invitational 800 meters in a meet-record and national-leading 2:05.42 at the 54th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High. Ince eclipsed the 2019 mark of 2:06.01 achieved by Dominique Mustin of North Canyon High in Arizona.
